Contact Equix Energy Services, LLC
Calls and messages are read by the same desk that watches the screen. If a unit is down, say so in the subject line and the message will be triaged first.
The desk is the first point of contact for owners, boards, installing electricians and utility reviewers. Tell us the size of the fleet, the equipment type and whether you are starting a new project or taking over an existing one. A short note is enough to begin, and the reply will set out the next step clearly.

Three questions the desk hears most
- How soon can a walkthrough be booked?
- A walkthrough is usually booked within two weeks of first contact, and sooner where an inverter fault is already affecting production. The visit itself takes a half day for a small farm scale site and a full day for a community park with several turbine and solar blocks. Photographs and a findings note follow within three working days.
- What should I have ready before the first call?
- The most useful items are the equipment list with model numbers, the most recent interconnection approval or filing, a year of meter data if it is available, and a note of any ongoing faults. None of these are required to start the conversation, but each one shortens the path from first call to a written service plan.
- Do you work outside of Wisconsin?
- Yes. The desk is based in Fond Du Lac and most routine service is delivered across Wisconsin and the neighbouring states. Larger projects further afield are considered on a case by case basis, with travel and mobilisation set out in the proposal before any work is booked.
